Lancashire's Police and Crime Commissioner Andrew Snowden tells local democracy reporter Paul Faulkner why he has ordered a review of the police search for Nicola Bulley and the way in which the county force dealt with the media during their inquiry, as well as the release of personal information about the then missing mum, whose body was sadly found in the River Wyre on 19th February.
