Martyr Major Shaitan Singh: मेजर शैतान सिंह भाटी (Major Shaitan Singh Bhati) चीनी फौज (Chinese Army) के लिए काल थे. 1962 में भारत और चीन (Sino India War) के बीच हुए युद्ध में भारतीय सेना (Indian Army) के कुमाऊं रेजिमेंट (Kumaon Regiment) के 13वीं बटालियन (13th Battalion) के मात्र 123 जांबाज चीनी सैनिकों के लिए काल बन गए थे. इस बटालियन का नेतृत्व मेजर शैतान सिंह भाटी (Shaitan Singh Bhati) कर रहे थे. चीनी सैनिकों का मुकाबला करते वक्त आखिरी सांस तक उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी. इस युद्ध में देश के लिए उन्होंने शहादत दे दी. लेकिन शहीद (Martyr) होने से पहले वो चीनी सैनिकों के जहन में अपने लिए खौफ जरूर पैदा कर गए.
