In Cesena, rescue teams are helping residents out of their flooded homes while others clear out water and mud from their properties after heavy rains devastated Italy's northern Emilia Romagna region.
Edoardo Amadori says, "I've lived here since 1979, I've seen floods go by, but I've never seen anything like that."
At least eight people have died and thousands have been evacuated, according to officials.
