Man is rescued by helpful Thai people after getting flip-flop stuck on his foot during Songkran

On April 13, 2023, Romain Herb found himself struggling with an Avengers-level problem.
"During the Songkran festival, my flip-flop got stuck on my foot and a lot of Thai people came to help me remove it," Romain explained to WooGlobe.
Initially, the mission to remove the slipper stuck around the subject's ankle seemed impossible even for Ethan Hunt.
But as Romain stated, he didn't have to deal with the issue alone, thanks to the lovely Thai people who came to his aid.
They can be seen applying Vaseline on Romain's ankle, to make the flip-flop come off easily.
"It was a funny story," he added. "It will stay in my memory!"
