Instantly, her tender heart leaped to the assumption that she had caused the ladybug's demise.

Overwhelmed with sorrow, she began to cry inconsolably.

Her tears flew freely with no sign of abating. The weight of her perceived action was heavy on her fragile emotions.

Seeing her distress, her mother swiftly intervened, gently comforting her.

With a reassuring touch, she pointed out that the ladybug was not harmed and was still moving about.
