Bullock cart race in Tamil Nadu's Ramanathapura during Panguni Pongal Utsav thrills crowd
On the occasion of Panguni Pongal Utsav, a bullock cart race was organised at Sri Thottichi Amman Temple in Ramanathapuram on April 09. In the event, two different categories of bullock cart races were organised, one with 10 miles of distance and the other with 12 miles. Cart racers from various districts, such as Ramanathapuram, Sivaganga, Thoothukudi, Virudhunagar, and Madurai participated enthusiastically. The winners were given cash prizes as well as mementos
