Only 3 Ingredients❗ Easy and Cheap❗ Incredibly delicious Crispy Pastry with cheese core.

Ingredients:

- 400 ml water (2 glasses),
- 10 gr salt (1 dessert spoon),
- 660 gr wheat flour (5.5 glasses),
- 150 gr butter (3.5 table spoons),
- 200 gr cheese,
- 1 egg yolk
