A heartbreaking kitten rescue, and the opening of an awful Pandora's box

I found this little kitten in a place I had never been before - this tiny little thing was here all alone for at least a few days. Although she was particularly scared, she started to get used to us after 2 days - and on day 3 she just decided to trust us completely. On day 4 tragedy struck, at midday she became weak, cold, and died withing an hour. I believe she is a victim of poison from this dump. Finding her in the first place has turned into a real Pandora's box. Since finding her there, I have found several other cats and kittens at this place - it is at least the worst or second worst place I have ever found in relation to kittens and cats being dumped. Some of the cats had the unmistakable symptoms of poisoning and didn't make it. Before managing to finish this video - I had already released a short featuring the last group of kittens I found at this place. I am thinking of making and uploading a full video about that group if I can. It is clear that the entire place has been laced with poison - unusually there is nothing alive there - not even the insects or reptiles you would normally expect to see. Despite that, 'people' are continuing to dump kittens and cats there. And the local 'charites' or indeed anyone else couldn't care less. Their behaviour and attitude towards the masses of kittens being dumped in places like this across the region is morally reprehensible - indeed it is amoral. Like Fourpaws and some other large international 'charities', they never respond to requests for help (manpower, etc) or cooperation, enquiries or ANYTHING.
