Enjoy having dirt free mushrooms with your favorite dishes! In this video, we show you how to clean mushrooms. Using a damp paper towel, wipe the dirt off of each individual mushroom. You can also rinse multiple mushrooms with cold water and pat them dry, but make sure they aren’t soaking in too much water. For stuffed mushrooms, wipe them with a damp towel before gently twisting off the stems and spooning out the gills from under the cap.
