Ingredients

Bourbon Biscuit - 300g (2 big packs)
Milk - 250 ml (1 cup)
Eno - 1 packet (or baking powder 1 tsp)

For Ganache:
Dark chocolate - 100g
Milk - 2 tbsp

Grated chocolate - to decorate
