Review finds freight rail project has blown out of $31 billion

The cost of building the 17-hundred-kilometre inland rail has blown out to an astonishing 31-billion dollars and won't be completed in this next decade according to a scathing review of the project. Former energy security board chair Kerry Schott has labelled it a good project which has been badly managed.
