Report finds $3 billion domestic violence plan has failed

More than $3b has been spent on trying to reduce family, domestic and sexual violence over the past decade, according to a bi-partisan parliamentary inquiry. A report from the House of Representatives Committee on social policy and legal affairs has concluded domestic violence rates have not been cut.
