Bristol’s Mayor Marvin Rees launches this years Harbour festival, the ‘biggest one yet’. This year the festival is set to be the biggest one yet, coming to the city from the 14th to the 16th of July. Last year the festival was criticised for lacking inclusivity, this year the organisers have said it will be addressing this issue in numerous ways
