After an extended dry run, the full implementation of the Commonwealth Avenue motorcycle lane, as well as lane designations for all other motorists and road users, officially began on March 27, 2023. Top Gear Philippines checked out the situation on the ground on March 27th and took footage from a motorcycle rider’s point of view. Click play on the video above.
