Another Hand in Manchester is one of two new additions to the Michelin Guide from the city-region and was awarded its spot on the prestigious list in November last year. The restaurant serves what it calls 'casual fine dining' and has seen some famous faces during the one year it has been open.

The restaurant is located on Deansgate Mews on the upper level of the Great Northern Warehouse and is run by local chefs Julian, Max Yorke and Danny Foggo.

Just eight months after opening, the restaurant made its way onto the Michelin Guide and we went down to speak to chef Julian Pizer all about their exciting menu.
