These 'feral' cats are living their best life at Tenderpaws sanctuary

A small animal shelter on the Fylde coast has been taking in 'feral' cats, and giving them a second chance.

Many have been 'thrown out' at around six months old, and arrive with horrific injuries that could have been avoided with basic treatment.

Chrissie Mayam and Christina 'Kiwi' Walsh from Tenderpaws Cat Sanctuary explain the risks to un-neutered cats, and show us how a bit of care can make a big difference.
