Terry's Clock finally restored after 18 years

After 18 years, the famous Terry’s Clock Tower will be working again after restoration from specialists at Smith of Derby. They have been re-installing a rare 'waiting train' mechanism clock and the clock was switched back on atmid-day Wednesday March 15th. It is such a historic landmark and the clock mechanism is a very rare one. Yorkshire Post photographer, James Hardisty was there to see the event take place.
