Weeks after South Australia's floodwaters began to subside, piles of rubbish are sitting by the side of roads with residents waiting for it to be cleared away. Chairs, bikes, televisions, beds and cupboards have all been dumped in a heap, awaiting collection, a sign residents didn't know the water would be as high as it was.
