The mother of a Robodebt victim who died by suicide says her son was let down by government departments and ministers. The Robodebt royal commission heard Rhys Cauzzo's 'vulnerability' status had been removed from his Centrelink file, allowing him to be "hounded" and "harassed" by debt collectors.
