The Central Australian Controller has handed down a report to the Territory and Federal Governments, advising the way forward for alcohol restrictions in Alice Springs.

Chief Minister Natasha Fyles will now travel to Canberra to meet with the Prime Minister, but it remains to be seen what changes the report will bring to the beleaguered outback town.
