A Sydney man is being forced to abandon his wife and three children and leave the country after his migration agent failed to properly lodge his partner visa application. The father of three and his partner are both deaf and say they paid more than 15-hundred dollars to a migration agent who misled them. The immigration department has told the man he must return to Lebanon.
