An acclaimed Deansgate Polish restaurant is celebrating the country’s traditional potato pancakes with a two-day ‘festival’ here in Manchester City centre. On January 18 and 19, Platzki reopened for 2021 with their new menu showcasing their potato pancakes. We were invited down to try some traditional cuisine, including soups, sausage, potato pancakes, and of course some flavoured vodka.
