15 Minute Breakfast — Orsini Eggs Cloud Eggs. Trendy brunch idea. Recipe by Always Yummy!

This original recipe of eggs cooking became popular thanks to publishing of the personal diaries of a French painter, an impressionist and certain gourmet, Claude Monet. According to his stories this breakfast was served early morning to the guests of the painter’s house. A baked soufflé out of whites and cream yolk is called an aristocrat breakfast. So cook this special breakfast too. You will need no more that 15 minutes for that.

✅ Ingredients:
• eggs – 3
• vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ¼ tsp
• salt – ½ tsp

✅ You will need:
• oven
• baking tray
• parchment paper
• bowl

Preparation:
1. Divide the yolks from whites keeping them a whole. Put each yolk in an own bowl or cup.
2. Pour the whites in a deep bowl, add ¼ tsp of salt and whisk or mix with a blender well until stiff.
3. Cover the bottom of baking tray with parchment paper and brush it with vegetable oil.
4. Divide the beaten whites into 3 equal servings on the baking tray at a distance from one another. Make a hollow with a spoon in the centre of each portion, salt a bit and sprinkle with black pepper.
5. Bake the whites in the oven heated to 350°F /180°C for 5 minutes.
6. In 5 minutes place one yolk into each portion of whites and bake at 350°F / 180°C for 3 minutes more.
7. Serve your orsini eggs hot.
