Special counsel will look at how Biden handled secret documents.

On Thursday, President Joe Biden's own administration named a special counsel to look into the unlawful storage of confidential papers at his home and a previous office.
In order to ascertain whether classified documents from Biden's tenure as vice president had been improperly stored at his Delaware home and a think tank in Washington, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that Robert Hur, who previously served as the top federal prosecutor in Maryland under Trump, will act as a quasi-independent prosecutor. Hur will look into " whether any person or entity violated the law," according to Garland.
