Federal Resources Minister Madeleine King has reassured Kimba residents no high level nuclear waste will be stored at the proposed facility near the town. Making her first visit to the Eyre Peninsula community since being appointed as Minister, she also indicated construction on the facility wouldn't start until a legal challenge brought by local Indigenous people has been determined.
