Qld braces for heavy falls as ex-cyclone Ellie moves east

The bureau of meteorology says ex-tropical cyclone Ellie is weakening after crossing back into the Northern Territory. The weather system is responsible for that record flooding in the Kimberley, and is now moving back east towards Queensland.
