Temperatures for January have reached an all-time high in a number of nations across Europe. Records have been broken in Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and several other countries. The mild weather has brought many people out to parks and beaches - but it's not been such good news for ski resorts - as the BBC's Tim Allman reports.
