Buffalo farmer forced to relocate cattle after River Murray levee breach

The peak of the River Murray flood has reached Loxton while communities further downstream continue to battle rising waters. A levee breach at Wall Flat south of Mannum had a buffalo farmer rushing his stock to higher ground today, the second time he's had to enact an evacuation plan.
