Mood Swings (Spoken poem with music)

lyrics:

Mood Swings

You slammed the door on me and broke my nose
You were embarrassed to see my face broken and bruised
So you called the ambulance and brought me outside
But to make my medical payments you refused
You visited me and bought me flowers
And you said and brought quite sweet things
But you dumped me out of my chair after hours
I don’t know how I’m to survive your mood swings

When I was wheeling too slow you left
And I had to call my own ride
When I made it back you’d thrown a party
Inviting me back with quite the pride
You ditched me for a date and for a smoke
But afterward you gave me a feast fit for kings
Before smashing the table after I spoke
I don’t know I’m to survive your mood swings

There was a time you shot at me
Another time you hacked with a knife
But another time said I had the key
To get you to the after life

You told me every secret you had
But then kept yourself locked away
When I tried to enter your password
The guard said I’d have to pay
You greeted me with the best hug and kiss
But then said to touch you I’d need a hundred rings
Before a bridge would be built over the abyss
I don’t know how I’m to survive your mood swings
