Ocarina A-Zhi spent three years working with kalimba player Zhang Sisi. This new album grew out of that collaboration.
Eight of the songs are popular Chinese hits, played together by the ocarina and kalimba.

音樂人簡介
【張思絲】 卡林巴創作家
一個從小學古箏後來迷戀上卡林巴的演奏者。因為對卡林巴音樂的熱愛從彈奏、編寫、教學、推廣…..到籌組卡林巴樂團，甚至成立第一個卡林巴推廣協會。想讓更多人感受到卡林巴音樂的療癒與美好也帶著卡林巴到新加坡、馬來西亞、香港、日本演出及推廣，讓更多人認識這個走到哪，彈到哪的口袋樂器。也曾受中小學之邀請，與師生們一起研習卡林巴療癒的音樂教育。

Zhang Sisi started playing the zither (guzheng) as a child, and only later studied the kalimba. Her
passion for kalimba music has led her from performance to composition to teaching the instrument.She later formed a kalimba musical group and established the first society for the promotion of the kalimba in Taiwan. Her desire to share the healing power and beauty of kalimba music took her to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan, where her performances introduced this instrument to many new fans. She has also been invited to teach the kalimba to students and teachers in elementary schools.
