This was the largest year-over-year growth since February. The Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency breaks out sales by medical and adult-use, with medical sales falling 57.5% from a year ago to $13.6 million, down 9.9% sequentially, and adult-use sales expanding 57.2% year-over-year to $189.8 million, down 2.3% sequentially with one less day than in October.

Sales expanded 82.1% in 2021 to $1.79 billion and are up 27.5% thus far in 2022 at $2.07 billion. The program should continue to expand ahead as supply becomes more available and as distribution expands.
