Arvin High School and Bakersfield College held an early college celebration event to welcome incoming freshmen, and to recognize those who will graduate at the end of this school year with not just a high school diploma, but a college degree as well. 23ABC's Breanna Polk spoke to one of the students and to the principal of AHS about the students' success and the importance of the program.
