Members of the public are given a warm welcome with hot drinks and food at the pay-as-you-feel cafe run by volunteers, at the weekly Heat Hub, a warm space for the community, every Tuesday at St Stephen's Church Hall, Whelley, Wigan, Jed's Pantry is also operating at the Church.
