White chocolate 300g Melted cocoa butter 35g

Raspberry White Chocolate
1/3 of custard Sauce
Raspberry puree
Whipped cream (38%) 130g White chocolate 300g
Melted cocoa butter 35g
Freeze-dried raspberry chopped 5g
