-Aloo [1/2 kg]
-Zeera [1 tbsp]
-Sonf [1 tbsp]
-Rai dana [1 tea sp]
-Methi dana [1 tea sp]
-Cooking Oil [1 cup]
-Kalonji [1 tea sp]
-Cury pata [1 tbsp]
-Timatar paste [2-3]
-Haldi [1 tea sp]

Aloo Achari Recipe (English) :

-Potatoes [1/2 kg]
-Black cumin [1 tbsp]
-Fennel seeds [1 tbsp]
-Coriander seeds [1 tbsp]
-Mustard seeds [1 tea sp]
-Fenugreek [1 tea sp]
-Cooking Oil [1 cup]
-Fennel flowers [1 tea sp]
-Curry leaves [1 tbsp]
-Tomato paste [2-3]
-Turmeric powder [1 tea sp]
-Salt [1 tbsp]
-Coriander powder [1 tea sp]
-Red chili crushed [1 tea sp]
-Red chili powder [1 tea sp]
-Water [1 cup]

Aloo achari Instructions :

-Cut the potatoes in the square shape as shown in the video.
-To make an achari masala add fennel seeds, black cumin, fennel seeds, corianders seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek in the bowl and then blend it.
-In the pot add cooking oil and after it gets hot add cury leaves, fennel flowers in it and cooking for 30seconds on high flame
-Then add potatoes, tomato paste, red chili powder, red chili crush, salt, turmeric powder in it and cook on low flame for 20 mins
-After that stir it with spoon on very high flame until the oil comes above on it
-Garnish it with coriander leaves and green chili.
