Addressing the Indian community in Phnom Penh, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said on November 11 that India is on its way to regaining its age-old status as a world leader. “We've enormous capacity of human resources. We've recently overtaken China in the number of unicorns we've been able to create. We're on way to regaining our age-old status of being world leader and contributing to the welfare of humanity,” said the Vice President said during the address.
