However In this recipe, I have avoided both sugar and jaggery to make it more healthier and sugarless. 250 grams amla-gooseberry (आमला)
400 grams Mishri - Khadi Saakar (मिश्री - खडी साकर)
1.45 cup Water (पानी)
3 to 4 cardamom powder (इलाइची पावडर)
Saffron - Kesar (केसर)
