In this video we have shared recipe of "Chaat Special Chutney." We have made two types of chutney which are especially used in chaat. You can make them and store in an airtight container and keep in refrigerator and enjoy in any of your favorite chaat or dahi bhalla.

Please follow the steps as explained in the video for best results.

TIPS
1. Make sure that you use fresh homemade tamarind or imli water for best results.
2. Make sure that you use fresh mint and coriander leaves and wash them properly.

FRESH CORIANDER 100 GM
MINT LEAVES 50 GM
GREEN CHILLI 2 NOS.
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
LEMON JUICE 2 NOS.
BLACK SALT 1 TSP
COLD WATER 1/4 CUP

INGREDIENTS FOR KHATTI MEETHI CHUTNEY
TAMARIND WATER 1/2 CUP
JAGGERY/GUR 50 GM
WATER 1 CUP
DRY MANGO POWDER 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1/2 TSP
CHAAT MASALA 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP
DEGGI MIRCH 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA 1/4 TSP
SALT 1/4 TSP
DRY GINGER POWDER 1/2 TSP
MELON SEEDS 1 TSP
BLACK SALT 1/2 TSP
FENNEL POWDER 1/2 TSP
RAISINS 8 NOS. (OPTIONAL)
CASHEW (CHOPPED) 4 NOS. (OPTIONAL)

NOTE: YOU CAN USE BOTH CHUTNEY IN ANY OF YOUR FAVORITE CHAAT LIKE PAPRI CHAAT, CHANA
