Tesla ($TSLA@US) CEO Elon Musk sold 19.5 million shares worth nearly $4 billion in Tesla stock according to SEC disclosures that were made public on Tuesday. Musk has been selling off his shares in Tesla over the past year. He sold more than $16 billion of Tesla shares in November and December 2021. He sold off $4 billion in April and $6.9 billion in August. The most recent stock sales leave Musk with a 14 percent stake in Tesla. Shares in the company are down more than 50% from their peak last November.
