Kevin McCarthy discusses the GOP's plans if they take control of the government

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is hoping voters hand Republicans control of the House of Representatives in the midterm elections. McCarthy says if the GOP does win the House, their first focus will be securing the U.S. border.
