00:03 the sewage rally at at a central beach in Coronado. Both the Coronado and

00:08 Imperial Beach shorelines closed this weekend due to polluted waters. It's

00:13 the third holiday weekend that sewage contamination has kept people out of

00:17 the water. Protesters chanted holding signs that read clean water is a human

00:22 right and stop the dump for decades. Cross border sewage contamination from

00:29 the Tijuana River has plagued the South Bay. Last week, 20,000 gallons of

00:33 sewage was spilled onto streets in the South Bay after pumps at the wastewater

00:37 treatment plant apparently failed. The mayor called it a public health crisis.
