You might be feeling anxious because you're struggling with problems and don't feel like you have the ability to handle them. You may also find that your different worries build on one another, leaving anxiety to grow and build.

Teenagers are expected to take on quite a few responsibilities, and often this leads to stress, anxiety and depression. They say "yes" to everything when it comes to responsibility, but in the end they might not be able to fulfill their obligations.

There are many different types and forms of anxiety that can involve several different symptoms. Some stress may manifest through physical means while others may persist in more cognitive ways. Some only trouble a person at specific times during the day, as well.

In this video series on Stress and Anxiety, we will try to reverse negative patterns using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. We'll go over the type of stress you are experiencing first.
