Ingredients:
2 boiled raw bananas
Cut 1 boiled potato and 2-3 raw potatoes in half
Chick or cheese 100 grams
ginger paste
1 tomato paste
8-10 chili paste or powder
Raw chili paste
turmeric powder
cumin powder
Kashmiri red curry powder
mustard oil
salt

How to make -
Boil raw banana potatoes. Then mash potatoes, raw banana and chickpeas together well. Add oil in a pan and fry it just like frying chops. After that fry the potatoes as red. add tomato paste, ginger and raw green chilli and red pepper paste to the pan. Add turmeric, cumin powder and little kashmiri red Chilli powder as needed. Grind the spices well with a little sugar and salt. When it turns brown, keep stirring well with the fried potatoes. After a while add water. When the broth boils, leave the fried beans in the broth. After five to seven minutes, take it down and lightly sprinkle with garam masala.
