mace (javitri) - 1 pc

Rice ingredients
basmati rice - 1 kg
rock salt - 2 tbsp
cinnamon sticks - 4pc

bay leaf - 2 pc
half lemon juice
green chilies - 2 pc

For garnishing

saffron color - 2 tsp
hand full fried onions

kewra water - 1 tsp
