Labour: Govt must take responsibility for energy crisis

Labour party chair Anneliese Dodds calls on the government to take responsibility for the energy crisis saying it "shouldn't be down to individuals to deal with this situation". She goes on to reiterate calls to introduce a home insulation programme to help people conserve energy and invest in renewables to increase reserves in energy.
