Putin signs annexation decree for four occupied Ukraine regions

President Vladimir Putin signs an annexation accord for the Russian-occupied parts of the Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, alongside the Moscow-backed leaders of the four territories. All Russian deputies and senators are present at the signing ceremony in St George’s Hall at the Kremlin.
