Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio visits the tomb of senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina City to commemorate her 6th death anniversary on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022. Duterte said Santiago's strength and character inspired many Filipinos. Santiago's People's Reform Party supported Duterte in her vice presidential run in the May 2022 elections.
