A royal decree issued on Tuesday by Saudi Arabia King Salman appointed Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as the kingdom's prime minister as part of a Cabinet reshuffle. Experts believe that the move would probably shield the crown prince from a potentially damaging lawsuit in the US in connection to his alleged role in the m-urder of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
