The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and other probe agencies are carrying out the second round of raids on the Popular Front of India (PFI). The NIA continued its crackdown on the radical outfit.

Raids on PFI are being carried out in eight different states. More than 170 PFI members have been detained/arrested from 8 states in the fresh raids.

Paramilitary forces, along with local police, were also mobilised in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh as raids are underway.
