Prasarana Malaysia Bhd is now enlisting the help of the public in a systematic manner to uplift the standards of operations and maintenance of its infrastructure and facilities.

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, who was also present at the media roundtable on Thursday (Sept 22), invited more Malaysians to give systematic feedback on land public transport infrastructure by becoming "mystery shoppers", and emphasised that a robust maintenance culture goes hand in hand with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
